# Biloki, your channel manager: how does it work?
## Biloki automatically synchronises your prices and availability across all your platforms in real time - no more manual updates and no more risk of double bookings.
**What is a channel manager?**
Biloki is a channel manager - a tool that centralises the management of your availability and prices across several booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia...) from a single place. Without a channel manager, you would have to manually update your prices and availability on each platform separately, with the risk of making errors, price inconsistencies or double bookings - a guest could book the same property for the same dates on two different platforms.
Thanks to the Biloki channel manager, any change made in your calendar is automatically synchronised across all your connected platforms - your availability is always up to date everywhere, in real time.

**Platform connection order:**
⚠️ Important: connect Airbnb first, then the other platforms (Booking.com, Expedia...) - unless your listing is multi-room on Booking.com, in which case the order is reversed (Booking.com then Airbnb). Once your calendar is open and your prices are configured after the Airbnb connection, these same prices will be used as the standard rate by Booking.com and Expedia when they connect. This ensures price consistency across all your platforms from the start.

**Calendar overview:**
The Bookings tab is your control centre. It displays at a glance all your properties and their availability and prices in a calendar view.
Two display modes:
- Multiple - all your properties on the same horizontal view, with prices and availability day by day
- Single - one selected property, in classic monthly view
Navigate through time with the arrows or click on the month to go directly to any date, or on “today” to return to today’s date.
**What you see on the calendar:**
On each calendar cell you see:
- The night price for that property on that date
- The minimum number of nights configured (the small moon icon)
Cells with crosses indicate that the calendar is blocked - guests cannot book those dates. You can also provide a reason for the closure, in which case a grey bar will be displayed with the reason for the block.
Bookings are displayed on the row of the relevant property with the guest’s name, in a colour and logo indicating their origin.
💡 The prices displayed on the Biloki calendar do not necessarily correspond to the final price paid by the guest. The total amount displayed on the OTAs also includes fees and taxes configured on your property - cleaning fees, linen fees, tourist tax, additional guests, discounts... For example, if you display €100/night and you have €50 cleaning fees, a guest booking 2 nights will pay €200 + €50 cleaning fees + tourist tax. Always remember to check the final price displayed to guests on each platform.
