# How to create your teams in Biloki?
## Manage precisely who accesses what in Biloki - each member has an interface suited to their role and permissions that can be configured property by property.
Biloki lets you build your team and precisely control what each member can see and do in the application. Whether it is an employee who handles bookings day to day or a cleaning service provider who receives their missions, each person has access suited to their role - never more than necessary.
**The Teams tab:**
Go to the Teams tab from the main menu. There you will find two categories:
1. Employees - the internal members of your concierge business
2. External - your independent service providers
**The two types of members:**
**1. Employees:**
An employee has access to the same blue interface as you (manager interface). You define precisely what they can see and do through permission management.
**2. External service providers:**
An external service provider does not have access to the manager interface and never sees your concierge business’s confidential data (bookings, statistics, customer information...). They have a dedicated green interface to receive their missions, accept or decline them, complete the specifications and validate their interventions.
⚠️ Permission management only applies to employees. External service providers have a fixed, limited access to their dedicated interface - you cannot grant them additional rights.
**How to add a member:**
Click on + Add a member, enter the person’s email address and click on Search.
1. If the person already has a Biloki account, their profile appears automatically
2. If they do not have one, an account will be created automatically - then enter their first name, last name and job title
Then choose the type:
1. Employee of my team - access to the manager interface
2. Independent service provider - access to the service provider interface
**A member’s record:**
By clicking on a member, you access their record with:
1. Their name, email, status and date added
2. Their assigned missions (for employees)
3. The buttons Remove from team, Permission management, Property rights and Edit
**How to manage an “employee’s” permissions:**
Click on Permission management from the member’s record in “Team”. You can turn access to each module on or off, and for each module define fine-grained rights (view, create, edit, delete):
1. Properties - general, rooms, equipment, beds, access, WiFi, services, procedures, inventories, maintenance, delegations, channels, contacts
2. Bookings - view, create, edit, delete
3. Interventions - base + reports
4. Messages - view, send, edit, delete
5. Team - view only (cannot create, edit or delete)
6. Organisations
7. Missions - view, create, edit, delete
8. Statistics - view
9. Support
10. Subscriptions
11. Reviews - view, edit, create
12. Additional sales - view, edit, create
13. Templates & quick messages - view, create, edit, delete
Click on Save to validate.
⚠️ These permissions only apply to employees - external service providers have a fixed access to their dedicated interface.
**Managing property rights:**
Click on Property rights from the member’s record. You can select the properties this member has access to - ideal if you have several employees in charge of different portfolios.
Use Select all or Deselect all to go faster, or tick the properties one by one.
💡 In Biloki, an employee will only see the properties for which you have granted them access. This is very useful for keeping information separate between several collaborators and preventing an employee from accessing properties that do not concern them.
