# (Co-host mode) - Understanding co-host mode on Airbnb
## Before connecting a property in co-host mode on Biloki, the owner must grant you full co-host status on Airbnb. Here is how to proceed.
**What is co-host mode?**
Co-host mode in Biloki is designed for concierge services that manage properties belonging to third-party owners. Unlike standard host mode where the concierge connects their own Airbnb account, in co-host mode it is the owner who connects their Airbnb account to Biloki via their owner interface.
This allows the concierge to manage the owner’s bookings, prices, availability and messages from Biloki, while keeping the listing under the owner’s Airbnb account.
**Airbnb prerequisite - full co-host status**
⚠️ For Biloki to work correctly in co-host mode, the owner must have granted you full co-host status on Airbnb. Without this level of permission, certain actions (editing prices, availability, listings...) will not be possible from Biloki.
**How the owner invites you as a full co-host on Airbnb:**
1. The owner logs in to their account on airbnb.com
2. They go to Listings and select the relevant property
3. In the side menu, they click on Co-hosts
4. They click on Invite a co-host
5. They enter your country/region and your email address or phone number
6. They select the permission level Full access
7. They click Send invitation
You will receive an invitation by email - accept it from your Airbnb account to finalise co-host status.
💡 The co-host must have an Airbnb account with a verified identity to be able to accept the invitation.
**What the concierge can manage in full co-host mode on Airbnb:**
Once the status is granted and the owner’s Airbnb account is connected to Biloki, the concierge can manage from Biloki:
- Bookings and the calendar
- Prices and availability
- Guest messages
- Listings (title, description, photos...)
- Missions and the team
