# Managing the currency of each property
## Understanding currencies in Biloki, Airbnb sync and Booking.com settings
Each property has its own currency in Biloki. You can therefore have one property in euros and another in baht, without one affecting the other.
### The currency comes from Airbnb
When you sync with Airbnb, Biloki automatically retrieves the currency you had set for each property on Airbnb. You can then change it in Biloki if needed.
**Important: do not change the currency on Airbnb anymore.** Change it only in Biloki, otherwise the currency of your property will no longer be consistent between the two tools.
### Changing a property’s currency
1. Go to **Properties**.
2. Open the property’s page.
3. Click **Pricing settings**.
4. In the **Currency** field, choose the new currency.
5. Click **Save**.
The currency change applies to Biloki and Airbnb.
### Warning: amounts are not converted
Changing the currency does **not** change the amounts already entered. If your nightly price is 55 and you switch the currency to baht, the amount stays 55, but it will now be expressed in baht.
After changing the currency, make sure to update all your amounts, in particular:
- the **nightly price**;
- the **weekend price** (Friday and Saturday);
- the **extra guest fee** beyond the included number of guests;
- the **cleaning fees**, including the short-stay cleaning (1 to 2 nights);
- any other fees and supplements for your property.
You can convert the amounts yourself using the exchange rate of your choice.
### Several currencies in the calendar
Since the currency is managed per property, the reservation calendar can display rows in several currencies. Each property shows its rates in its own currency: a row in baht (฿) for a property set to baht, and a row in euros (€) for a property set to euros.
Each reservation keeps the currency of its property.
### Currencies on Booking.com
For Booking.com, the currency is not fully managed in Biloki. There are three separate settings, and each one is changed differently.
**The displayed currency** is the currency in which your prices appear on your property’s page. You cannot change it directly yourself: you need to contact Booking.com from the extranet, and only certain countries are concerned.
Pay particular attention to this point: the currency of your property on Booking.com must match the one set in Biloki. If your property is in baht in Biloki but in euros on Booking.com, the prices sent will be read as euros and will be far too high.
*Example:* a price of 3,500 ฿ in Biloki is worth about €90. If Booking.com displays that same amount as €3,500, your guest sees a price roughly 40 times too high, and your property risks not getting booked.
**The payout currency** is the currency in which Booking.com pays you. It only applies to payments made by virtual credit card. You can change it yourself: in the extranet, go to **Property**, then **Property conditions**, then in the **Other conditions** section, click **Guest payment methods**, then **Edit**.
**The billing currency** is the currency of the commission you pay to Booking.com. To change it, send a message to Booking.com from the extranet: **Inbox**, then **Messages from Booking.com**, then **Write a new message**.
**Conversion fees:** if the payout currency is different from the displayed currency, fees may apply to payments made by virtual card. They are added to the commission. The percentage is visible in the **Guest payment methods** section. To turn this service off, the payout currency and the displayed currency must be the same.
The exchange rates used by Booking.com are average market rates, updated daily. They are applied at the time Booking.com receives the guest’s payment.
