# Reply to a guest review
## View received reviews and reply to them (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia)
The To reply tab displays reviews left by your guests. These reviews can come from Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia.
**Reply deadlines**
The banner at the top of the tab shows the applicable deadlines:
- Airbnb: 30 days after the guest’s review is published
- Expedia: 60 days after the guest’s review is published
- Booking.com: no deadline
**Reading the list**
Each row shows:
- the booking, with the guest name, platform and booking number
- the stay dates and property
- the guest rating: stars and score out of 10
- the days remaining before the reply deadline
In the Actions column:
- Reply: you can reply to this review
- Hidden: the review is not yet visible. It will become visible after you send your review of the guest (for Airbnb reviews). If you see this status while the guest has already left their review, go to Reviews \> Comments \> To publish and send your review of that guest. You will then be able to reply.
**Replying to a review**
1. Go to Reviews \> Comments \> To reply
2. Click the review row to open the card
3. View the card:
- Received on: the date the review was received
- Reply by: the deadline, with the number of days remaining
- Overall rating: the score out of 10
- Rating breakdown: the detail of criteria (e.g. Cleanliness, Location, Value for money, Accuracy, Communication, Check-in)
- Guest comment: the text left by the guest
4. Click Reply at the bottom of the card
5. In the Reply to review window, write your reply in the Public reply field
- (Optional) Click Use a template to use a response template
6. Click Send reply
💡 If the guest has not left a comment, the card shows: “The guest did not leave a comment.”
⚠️ A reply published on Airbnb cannot be modified. The window shows: “Published on Airbnb, it can no longer be modified.” The reply is limited to 2,000 characters.
