Instant booking: set up automatic or manual booking acceptance on Biloki

Choose who can book instantly on Airbnb from Biloki, and manage Booking booking requests directly from your extranet.

For Airbnb (from Biloki):

From the property record on Biloki, in the “Properties” tab, click on “Booking settings”. In the Instant booking section, the “Who can book instantly” menu offers several options:

  1. Off (booking request) - each booking must be confirmed or declined manually before it is validated.
  2. Everyone - the booking is confirmed automatically, without validation from you.
  3. Guests with good reviews / Guests with verified identity / Good reviews + verified identity - instant booking is only allowed for guests who meet these criteria; others will have to go through a booking request.

⚠️ This setting is only synced with Airbnb. It has no effect on Booking.com or Expedia.

Confirming or declining a booking request

If instant booking is turned off, each request must be validated manually. Go to the Bookings tab: the pending request is displayed just above the calendar. All that remains is to accept or decline it.

For Booking.com:

This setting is configured directly from the Booking.com Extranet; it is not controlled by Biloki. From the Extranet: go to the Property menu > Property conditions, then scroll down to the box “How do you receive your bookings?” and click on Edit.

Two options:

  1. All guests can book instantly (recommended by Booking)
  2. All guests must send a booking request

If you choose booking request, there are 2 scenarios on the guest side depending on the time before arrival (more than 48 hours before the stay):

  1. Request - the guest does not pay in advance. You have 24 hours to respond; if you pre-approve, the guest then has 24 hours to complete their booking.
  2. Demand - the guest pays and the dates are blocked in your calendar as soon as it is sent. You have 24 hours to accept or decline. If you accept, the booking is immediately confirmed; if you decline, the dates are automatically released.

⚠️ Unlike Airbnb, Booking requests are validated directly on the Booking Extranet, not from Biloki. Remember to monitor your Booking notifications so that a request does not expire.
