Track your ratings and response rate

The dashboard brings together all your review indicators.

  1. Go to Reviews > Dashboard
  2. (Optional) Filter by Property or by Platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or direct bookings)
  3. View the indicators:
    • Average rating
    • Total reviews
    • Response rate
    • Negative reviews (≤ 4/10)
  4. View the Average rating by property, Average rating by platform and Rating distribution blocks

💡 A negative review is a review with an overall rating of 4/10 or less. It is highlighted in red.
