Configure the owner space on Biloki

Associate an owner with an existing property, define their permissions and manage their access at any time.

The owner space allows your owners to connect their Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, track their bookings and view their reports, directly from their own Biloki interface.

Case 1 - The property already exists in Biloki

If you have already created the property and simply want to associate an owner with it:

  1. Go to Properties and select the relevant property
  2. Click on Owner in the list of sections
  3. Enter the owner’s email address
  4. Choose the permissions granted to the owner - you define what they can view from their space:
    • Properties - the properties they can see
    • Bookings - access to their bookings
    • Messages - access to guest messaging
    • Reviews - access to reviews left on their properties
  5. Click Save permissions

The owner receives an email to create their account (or log in if they already have one) and accesses their platform directly. Their status appears in green “Active” once they have accepted the invitation.

⚠️ If you are yourself the owner of the property (the property belongs to you directly), Biloki displays the message: “You are the owner of this property. This property belongs to you directly. No link or permission is required.” It is not possible to associate yourself as an owner on your own property.

Case 2 - The property does not yet exist in Biloki

If you are starting from scratch, follow the co-host creation process described in the article “(Co-host mode) - Create a property in co-host mode on Biloki and connect it to Airbnb and Booking”.

Edit or remove an owner

If you entered the wrong email or the owner changes, you can at any time from the Owner tab of the property:

  • Click Replace to change the email and associate a new owner
  • Click Remove to remove owner access

💡 Removing an owner does not delete the property or associated data. It simply removes their access to the owner interface.
